We offer many creative services but we specialize in video production, photography, animation, and graphic design. Often times our clients need multiple creative assets for a given project – such as a 60 second video, custom photos, and banner ads for a new product – so we provide all of that under one roof. We manage the entire process and our goal is to make every step as organized and streamlined as possible.
- 02
We have teams all around the country, so wherever your project happens to be we can handle it. From Los Angeles and San Francisco to New York, and beyond—we’ve carefully selected our network of creative teams to ensure that we work with the most talented people in the industry. No matter what you need for your next campaign, our network has you covered.

There are tons of variables for any given project, so our pricing is determined on a per-project basis. Feel free to reach out to us about pricing for your next project and one of our executive producers will work with our internal team to provide you with a custom quote. We can typically provide same-day pricing once we know the details of your project.
- 04
We typically offer two payment terms: 1) 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, or 2) 100% upfront. The payment terms usually depend on company preference, the scope of the project, and turnaround time. We’re happy to discuss options at the start of a new project as every company’s finance department is unique in how they operate.

There are several ways to start a project – you can click the “Start Now” button in the menu and fill out the info, or you can call, text, chat or email us with details about your project by visiting our Contact Page. Once we get your project details, one of our executive producers will reach out to you immediately to setup a quick call. If you’ve already worked with us, simply send an email to your executive producer and he or she will get back to you right away.

You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you’d like throughout the process. Many of our clients like us to take as much work off of their plate as possible, and we’re happy to do so. From concepts to scripts to planning and logistics to final deliverables and everything in between, we can handle everything internally without direction. However, we do encourage your input and operate in a very collaborative way which allows you to provide feedback during each step of the process if you’d like. Or, simply give us instructions at the beginning of the project and sit back and wait until the deliverables are ready for your approval.

Projects are managed in the cloud via our Google Workspace Enterprise account, where we store all of your files in neatly organized project folders in Google Drive. However, many of our clients have their own file storage services such as Box, Dropbox, OneDrive, etc. which we can also use to store your files. Let your executive producer know if your company has a dedicated file storage service you’d like us to use and we’ll setup new project folders on your platform.
- 08
Yes absolutely. Since all of our projects are cloud-based, you’ll always have access to the project folder which holds all of the files used to create your final product. For example, if we create a 60 second video for you, your project folder will have everything neatly organized inside – the script, footage, music, voice over, etc.

With our free change rounds, you'll have the opportunity to share feedback from your team. Every stakeholder is encouraged to provide feedback for each round of changes so you can feel confident that the copy we create is really what you want. If your company has additional levels of review, we can build that into the scope at the beginning of a project. Once these rounds are used up, we'll still be able to create changes which will be billed hourly depending on the additional updates that are needed. You bring all stakeholders into the process early and often; this ensures that you're leveraging their knowledge and expertise for every version.
